We enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the downtown area and provided easy access to nearby boats. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impressive and the facilities were quite satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman who assisted us with transportation and was always polite.

Smoken Bo's, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Just walking distance from marina cha-chi. A nice comfy base for exploring Cancun. The hotel met needs well.

Nearby Cocos and Grill is a great place to chill out. Las Perlas Beach is located in the near vicinity. Right by the airport, only 9 miles away. We have booked it before and recommend it to everyone.

The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the beach were great perks to have during our Thanksgiving stay. The location was perfect as it was close to both the downtown area and tourist attractions. The views from our room were breathtaking and added to the overall experience.

The wifi was unreliable and it was difficult to connect. Additionally, the walls between rooms were quite thin, which made it easy to hear our neighbors.

Base myself on real information, my experience at a budget hotel near the beach was great. the hotel has a simple design, but it was well kept, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We had a clean and comfy room with a nice balcony and a big shower. Every morning, we enjoyed a big buffet breakfast, and the restaurant staff, mainly Andreas, Francesco, and Pedro. We also loved the coffee machine in the room and the excellent service we received from everyone.

The WiFi in the hotel was a little slow during peak hours.

I had a great stay at Ocean View Cancun Arenas! The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless.
